JASON!!!!!! He was so great!! My boyfriend had planned a surprise weekend for us with a decorative hotel room and everything. Jason made sure he was equip with everything he needed and even pretended to not know us when we walked in AND gave us a new card to completely fool me. He helped make the weekend a wonderful one just by doing these simple things, like temp checks, remembering our names/things we did throughout our weekend he was amazing and deserves recognition + promotion thank you Jason you were so funny keep doing what you’re doing we would stay again not only because of the hotel but because of jason. See ya next year!!

1, 2, 3...Residence Inn Recommended by Me! Book w/ confidence your beautiful stay at Residence Inn Boston Natick. Our purpose was for a two day business mtg and we also booked our 2 night stay here. 1. Can't say enough about the personalized touch, care and attention to every detail by Beth in sales and Carrie at the welcome desk. Beth handled our 2 day conference room reservation with such professionalism and her suggestions/recommendations were spot on - it's our second time booking with her. Carrie at the welcome desk is so fun! Her lighthearted nature while remaining professional made all the on-site needs a breeze to manage. 2. This Residence Inn has beautiful rooms and beautiful conference rooms. Our overseas partners frequently commented on how nice the accommodations were. 3. Outstanding breakfast provisions with an array of food & drink, everything is clean & there's a large eating area. I wish I would've gotten his name but I'd like to give a shout out to the bartender in the adjacent bar/lounge - so personable with every patron. Well done Residence Inn Boston Natick! No reason to look anywhere else for our annual meeting.

It’s a good hotel. However, the reception desk seems to be staffed mostly by part-time or little experienced employees. During the check-in, the same amount (room cost + incidentals) was blocked three times on my credit card. Later we were told by another reception colleague that they didn’t know how to unblock the costs. Bottom line as of now- checkout done a day ago, and the card still shows three blocked amounts, but not the actual charge as per the paper bill.

My family stayed 4 months so observed a lot. Relatively new facility was/is well maintained daily (maybe get some sheets that properly fit the king sized beds - the ones used seemed more suited for a queen). Staff was uniformly kind and attentive, from housekeeping (despite language barrier) to the hotel manager, nobody ever seemed disinterested in their jobs or our comfort. Special accolades to Jason, Rachel, Matt, Jasmine and Joey at front desk (and their efforts to secure my daily newspapers), Sandy & Angelica in the breakfast area, Richard and his two helpers in maintenance, Eric and Holly at the bar. We literally had no negative interactions with anyone during our stay and will miss seeing these people we developed relationships with. The fitness room was top notch, kept sparkling clean. Wish all sub-elite hotels could offer this level of service and quality.
